Shop Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping
Orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2PM PST ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Expedited Shipping
UPS Overnight and UPS 2-Day orders must be placed by 2PM PST to ship same day. Otherwise, they ship the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders $30+ before tax. Not valid for Alaska or Hawaii.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has begun processing, changes cannot be made.
This includes shipping details, product selections, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, email hola@debibrows.com.
Approved returns will receive a return label and instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift boxes or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase.
Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: UPS Ground only

  • Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands: FedEx SmartPost (up to 4 weeks)

  • APO/FPO addresses: FedEx SmartPost (4–8 weeks)

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.
Once files are accessed or downloaded, sales are final.
